TREVISTAR CR3

Trevistar CR3 is the latest generation of blown air shirt finisher by Trevil, fruit of two decades of experience in automatic shirt finishing.

The new Trevistar CR3 is equipped with the exclusive SideDry system. The SideDry device is an absolute innovation by Trevil. Not only does it provide vertical tension to the side seams, but it also conveys hot air on them, for faster drying. The result is a perfectly dry shirt, in less time.

The Trevistar CR3 does not require skilled personnel. Any operator can learn how to use it in a few days.

The intuitive TreviTouch touch-screen interface and the ergonomically optimized work position make the Trevistar CR3 extremely easy and comfortable to use.

The main features of the Trevistar CR3 are:

  • Possibility to adjust the angle between the sleeve and the form.
  • Sleeve tensioning arms with anti-stretch control – this feature provides just the right amount of tension to the sleeve; it prevents distortion of the shirt front and preserves delicate fabric.
  • Adjustable shoulder width. This feature is important to achieve a perfect finish around the armhole without wrinkles on large shirts and with no shoulder impression on smaller ones.
  • Five-clamps tensioning carriage for perfect and even tensioning around the shirt hem.
  • Heated front clamp that presses the front placket.
  • Side expanders with anti-stretch control to expand the hem without deformation.
  • Hood that conveys hot air on shoulder and yoke seams, to shorten the drying time.
  • Economizer for energy saving and faster overall drying, thanks to hotter air.
  • Short sleeve clamps and cuff placket dryers for long sleeves are included in the standard configuration.

The Trevistar CR3 can be equipped with an optional mini-iron for touch-ups.

The console is ready for wired or wireless connection to the network. The IronNet software, available as an option, allows to share programs and performance data with the machine.

Real productivity: 40-50 shirts per hour.

HOW IS THE REAL PRODUCTIVITY OF A SHIRT FINISHER CALCULATED?

It is not enough to consider only the cycle time. One must add operator time, that is the time that the operator takes to dress and undress the form, plus the time spent for any touch ups. If the quality of automatic finishing does not allow for the shirt to be delivered straight off the machine, a touch up requiring several minutes may be necessary.
With Trevil, the automation in shirt finishing is reaching high standards of excellence. Our goal is to obtain an impeccably ironed shirts while avoiding manual touch-ups that would negatively affect hourly production.

    MAIN FEATURES

    FIVE-CLAMPS TENSIONING CARRIAGE

The vertical tensioning carriage is equipped with five clamps for perfect and even tensioning around the shirt hem.
The tensioning strength can be adjusted or completely excluded for delicate fabric.

SIDEDRY DEVICE FOR THE SIDE SEAMS

The SideDry device is an absolute innovation by Trevil. Not only does it provide vertical tension to the side seams, but it also conveys hot air on them, for faster drying. The result is a perfectly dry shirt, in less time.

    SIDE EXPANDERS WITH ANTI-STRETCH DEVICE

A sensor on the expanders automatically finds the size of the shirt and prevents distortion. It is possible to adjust the tensioning strength of the expanders or to completely exclude it, e.g. for stretch fabric.

    ADAPTIVE CLAMP

Adaptive Clamp is the new front hem clamp able to adapt its position for even better finishing quality, without horizontal lines.

    SHORT SLEEVE CLAMPS INCLUDED

All models include special clamps that provide a rounded finish of the short sleeves. A precise tensioning system prevents the deformation of the cuff.

    PNEUMATIC COLLAR CLAMP

The collar clamp features a convenient notch as an aid to placing the collar correctly. Its shape allows to easily dress and undress polo shirts and T-shirts.

    HEATED FRONT CLAMP

The front clamp presses the shirt placket without damaging buttons.
For better ergonomics, the clamp integrates controls that must be handy during the cycle.

PNEUMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF SLEEVE CLAMPS ANGLE

The angle between the sleeves and the form can be adjusted, either from joysticks integrated in front clamp or from the touchscreen.

    PNEUMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF SHOULDERS WIDTH

This feature is important to achieve a perfect finish around the armhole without wrinkles on large shirts and with no shoulder impression on smaller ones. The adjustment buttons are both on the front clamp and on the console.

    TREVI-TOUCH TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL

All tensioning movements are controlled electronically and can be adjusted to finish any type of fabric: from heavy cotton to stretch fabrics.

    • Unlimited custom programs
    • Can be translated in any language
    • Provides simple visual interface
    • Password-protected programming
    • Integrated Service and troubleshooting software
    • Easy update of the software version via USB stick or IronNet desktop program.

    SMART INTERFACE

Super simple operation and complete control of tensioning at your fingertips.

    EASY MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the status of vital components in no time through windows in the cabinet. Read pop-up messages that remind routine maintenance and report anomalies on the console.

    REPOSITIONABLE CONSOLE

The console can be positioned on the right or left side of the machine cabinet, according to the position of the cuff and collar press.

    ONE PEDAL OPERATION

Do not waste your time looking for controls.

    MASTER OF SPACE

Only 0.8 m2 of floor space occupancy, the smallest in the market. Depth can be reduced to 83 cm for installation. The touch screen console can be placed on the left or on the right, according to store layout.

    TWO SIZES OF FORM AVAILABLE

A standard size for men’s shirts and a narrow buck for tapered shirts and ladies’ blouses.

    HOOD

It cuts operation costs combining favourably a reduction of drying time and steam saving. It recycles hot air coming from the form and redirects it on the shirt’s critical points: shoulders and yoke seams. The finish is soft and free of wrinkles as there is no contact of metal parts against the fabric. The width of the shoulders can be adjusted while the hood is in operation. At the end of drying, an automatic mechanism diverts hot air outside. The work environment is thus more comfortable. LED illumination reduces operator fatigue.

    ECONOMIZER

The Trevil economizer increases the efficiency of the Trevistar shirt finisher. It is located inside the cabinet of the machine, in a position that does not increase the machine footprint. By recovering the heat of condensate, the economizer raises the temperature of the air used for drying, thus decreasing cycle times. It also curbs operation costs by saving steam, water and energy.

    AVAILABLE IN TWO VERSIONS
    • With S-type sleeve clamps with hot air dryers for the plackets.
    • With FC-type sleeve clamps with presses for the plackets.

    PLACKET PRESSES

Choose FC-type sleeve clamps for a crisp finish of both pleats and plackets.

    CONTACTLESS PLACKET FINISHING

Choose S-type sleeve clamps for a softly natural finish, without unwanted marks.
